Replacement for Defective Products:

  • We will promptly arrange for a replacement of the defective item.

    • Our team will review your request and, if approved, send a replacement form via email. Please return the form electronically and keep a copy for your records.
    • In most cases, you will not need to return the defective item. If a return is necessary, we will provide instructions.
