How To Spray Paint Terra Cotta with COLORSHOT

Make sure your item is clean and free of any dust. To create a striped design like we did, try using painter's tape to mask off the section you want painted. You'll want to cover over any part of the item that you aren't painting to protect from overspray. (We like using heavy paper or plastic or even more tape.)

Spray several light coats of color versus one heavy coat, letting dry between coats. Tip: Shake the can of spray paint vigorously for at least 1 minute before beginning to apply color, then continuously shake the can while applying color for best results.

When you are happy with your coverage, remove the tape and let dry completely.
