Custom Leopard Print Wrapping Paper
Put a twist on traditional gift wrap this Christmas with leopard print wrapping paper! You do not, we repeat, you do NOT have to be a drawing expert or fine artist to create leopard print wrapping paper that looks oh so fine; it's so easy to DIY with simple white wrapping paper and COLORSHOT Premium Paint Markers. Check out this tutorial from Pretty Life Girls and get inspired to make what will obviously be the prettiest set of wrapped gifts under the tree this year.
What you need:
- COLORSHOT Premium Paint Makers (colors used here are: Wine Stain, Bubble Bath, Kale and Cheers)
- Plain white wrapping paper
- Twine
Lay out your wrapping paper and smooth out on work surface. Use your lightest Paint Marker color (Pretty Life Girls used Bubble Bath) and color abstract, jagged "spots" all over paper.
With your next lightest Paint Marker (Cheers shown here), add color to one side of each spot in another jagged style pattern.
Use your darkest Paint Marker (Kale shown here) to add a dark outline around each spot. You don't need to completely outline each spot; three quarters looks great but have fun with it in your own personal style! Pretty Life Girls did some paper with red outlined spots (using Speeding Ticket) and some with Kale for a traditional Christmas color vibe. Let all paper dry completely before using.
If you're going with traditional Christmas colors, you can try pretty bows in twine, or use another coordinating ribbon color depending on your palette.
This custom leopard print wrapping paper is wildly fabulous, don't you think?!
